Job Description
Our Inside Sales Representatives (ISPs) will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

ISPs will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Handle and respond to all inbound leads within two (2) minutes.
During downtimes, ISPs should work Clay, PNS, Call Lists, and other work related tasks.
Understand customer needs and requirements, including setting multipoint inspections on every inbound sale.
Manage varying amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages throughout the day by following any and all company provided scripts where applicable, and leaving detailed notes on each created account.
ISPs are required to check out with their manager daily between 4-5PM with their daily numbers of calls taken, calls made, inspections scheduled, and amount sold. Check Outs are considered late after 9PM.

Leads & Opportunities:

ISPs are expected to have at least six (6) touch points on a lead along with notes prior to considering the lead lost.
ISPs are expected to have at least six (6) touch points along with notes prior to considering the opportunity lost.

ISP’s are generally expected to work 8AM – 5PM Monday through Friday. Generally, we do not allow team members to work from home or “remotely”. However, the opportunity to work remotely, from home, or out of another office, may be presented at certain times; All related work location requests must be made to your supervisor, and approved, prior to any work being performed. Additionally, any requests for schedule changes, schedule “slides”, afterhours, or overtime work must be submitted to your supervisor, and approved, prior to any work being performed.

As Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control continues to grow, primary responsibilities and expectations may shift. In the event that this occurs, all affected ISPs will be notified promptly by their direct supervisors.
